I Need A 19-inch LCD Monitor

I can’t wait to get a 19″ LCD monitor. My current monitor is a 15″ LCD and it’s just too small and too old. I’m waiting until the holiday season kicks in at full speed so I can get a good deal. I might wait until after Christmas to get a clearance deal. Don’t know yet, I’m just going to see what kind of discounts come up. I would really benefit from a larger monitor. When I’m doing web or graphic design work, it really helps if I have a larger resolution and larger workspace. I’d also be able to enjoy movies, TV shows, and video games more. So I see it as a pretty worthwhile investment.

I’m usually a very discerning shopper because I do a lot of product research - I read tons of reviews, compare specs, compare prices, and scour for special discounts. I’m willing to spend the money when I feel it’s a really good value. For example, I bought a high-back leather chair about 2 years ago and many see it as a luxury item or frivolous purchase. But I don’t really don’t see it that way. When I’m in my room I’m most likely at my desk using the computer, doing homework, or whatever. This means I’m sitting in my chair the whole time and I feel when it comes to personal comfort it’s okay to spend some money. Plus I got a killer deal on it, the chair was only $70 (it’s a high-back, swiveling, leaning, soft, leather chair). So $70 for something that provides me a lot of physical comfort for several years seems worth it to me.

But anyway, so yea I’m planning on buying a 19″ LCD monitor.
