Punk’d by My Advisor
Okay, so I totally got punk’d last Thursday. I was supposed to meet with my advisor to go over graduation requirements at 4:30 pm but when I showed up, her office was closed and she was out for the day! Not only that, that day I was busily running last minute errands before leaving Ithaca, so she wasted a whole hour of my time. In her email she explicitly stated “Let’s make it Thursday at 4:30″ but when I emailed her again she said she thought we were meeting on Wednesday. She could’ve emailed me on Thursday asking why I didn’t show up or something. She didn’t even apologize for her obvious mistake.
PUNK’D,
Phil
P.S. The trip to Boston wasn’t that eventful because of all the rain. Did meet new people and things were interesting at times. Definitely ate very well though. I think I had the most expensive meal I ever paid for at the Union Oyster House. Mmm, lobster.
P.P.S. GO YANKEES!

Ohh, what did you do while you were in Boston? I’ve lived here all my life and I still haven’t been to Union Oyster House, is it really good?
I had the New England Clam Chowder and the Lobster Scampi at the Union Oyster House. It was all pretty delicious. The corn bread they give you (for free) is really good but I didn’t want to fill up on bread. We didn’t do that much because of the rain. We were only in Boston for a day and a half - we walked around downtown, went to Chinatown, the Aquarium, Quincy Market, and a few other places.
